CARLOS MENDOZA GAME USED YANKEES HELMET MLB HOLO
Mendoza’s Game Used Home batting helmet. This helmet shows very light wear. This batting helmet displays the Yankee logo and ’sMendoza number 64 on the front and a Major League Baseball decal with #64 on the back.
Carlos Mendoza is infield coach for the Yankees. According to Michael Kay, before each game at Yankee Stadium Mendoza tosses exactly 40 sunflower seeds in the grass behind home plate (one for each man on the extended Yankees roster). The prayer he recites after he tosses the seeds is unknown to the public.
This item has been authenticated twice as Game Issued & comes with a Full Letter Of Authentication as well as a Tamper Proof Sticker from Steiner Sports. Helmet also comes with a Tamper Proof Hologram from MLB Major League Baseball!
