SAD SAM JONES MATTED CUT SIGNATURE & PHOTO DISPLAY JSA
Sad Sam played his entire 22 year career in the American League from 1914-1935 playing with the Cleveland Indians, Boston Red Sox, New York Yankees, St. Louis Browns, Washington Senators and Chicago White Sox. He compiled a career record of 229-217 with a 3.84 earned run average. He was a member of three World Series championship teams- the Red Sox in 1916 and 1918 and the Yankees in 1923. 2 ¼” x 4” cut from a government postcard signed in blue fountain pen with a Nm to Mint signature. There is tape affixed over the whole cut and it comes matted along with a black and white 8x10 photo picturing Jones with the Yankees.
Signature has been authenticated and come with a Certificate Of Authenticity from JSA
